Digital, intelligent, and mechanized manufacturing greatly improve production efficiency and save time and cost. The same is true for the production of packaging boxes. Let’s take a look at the process of packaging box production:
1. First of all, we need to cut the tempered paper into special surface paper for production.
2. Then put the surface paper on the smart printing device for printing.
3. The die-cutting and creasing process is an important link in the production process. In this link, it is necessary to align the dielie, if the dielie is not accurate, it will seriously affect the finished product of the entire packaging box.
4. For the gluing of the surface paper, this process is to protect the packaging box from scratches.
5. Put the surface paper card under the manipulator, and carry out a series of processes such as box pasting, so that the semi-finished packaging box comes out.
6. The assembly line transports the conventionally pasted boxes to the position of the automatic forming machine, and manually puts the pasted boxes on the forming mold, starts the machine, and the forming machine sequentially leads to the long side, folds into the long side, presses the short side of the bubble bag, and presses bubble, the machine will pop the boxes onto the assembly line.
7. Finally, QC puts the wrapped box on the right side, folds it with cardboard, cleans the glue, and detects defective products.
We need to pay attention to some details in the process of making the packaging box. The common problems require our attention:
1. Pay attention to the front and back sides of the surface paper during the cutting guide, so as to prevent the surface paper from not passing through the glue and causing the glue to open on the side of the box.
2. Pay attention to the high and low angles when packing the box, otherwise the box will be damaged when it is pressed on the forming machine.
3. Be careful not to have glue on the brushes, sticks, and spatulas when it is on the molding machine, which will also cause glue to open on the side of the box.
4. The thickness of the glue should be adjusted according to the different papers. It is not allowed to drip glue or water-based environmentally friendly white glue on the teeth.
5. It is also necessary to pay attention to the fact that the packaging box cannot have empty edges, glue openings, glue marks, wrinkled ears, burst corners, and large positioning skew (the machine positioning is set at about plus or minus 0.1MM).
In the whole production process, before the packaging box is produced, it is necessary to try out a sample with a knife mold, and then proceed to mass production after confirming that there is no problem. In this way, it is possible to avoid mistakes in the cutting mold and to modify it in time. It is with this research attitude that the packaging box can be made very well.
