Technical difficulty: First of all, glass airless bottles must have a specific thickness to maintain their structural integrity and avoid cracking or breaking under pressure. Achieving this thickness can be challenging and may require the use of specialized equipment and techniques. Second, the pump mechanism in an airless glass bottle requires precise engineering to ensure it operates properly and consistently. At present, the airless pumps on the market can only match plastic bottles, because the production accuracy of plastic bottles is controllable and high. The airless pump core requires high precision, the piston requires a uniform inner wall of the bottle, and the airless requires a vent hole at the bottom of the glass bottle, etc. Therefore, this is a major industrial change, and it cannot be completed by glass manufacturers alone.
