How to use airless bottle

The airless bottle does not have a long straw, but a very short tube. The design principle is to use the contraction force of the spring to prevent air from entering the bottle to create a vacuum state, and to use atmospheric pressure to push the piston at the bottom of the bottle forward to push the contents. Discharge, this process prevents the product from oxidizing, deteriorating and breeding bacteria due to contact with air.
When the airless bottle is in use, press the upper pump head, and the piston on the bottom will run upward to squeeze out the contents. When the contents of the bottle are used up, the piston will push to the top; at this time, the contents of the bottle will be used up without any waste.

When the piston reaches the top, you need to remove the pump head of the airless bottle. After pushing the piston to the required position, pour in the contents and install the pump head so that the contents can cover the small straw under the pump head. It can be used repeatedly.

If the pump head cannot press out the contents during use, please turn the bottle upside down and press it several times to drain out the excess air so that the contents can cover the small straw, and then the contents can be pressed out

Using an airless bottle is an effective way to preserve the integrity and potency of skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products while also ensuring convenient and hygienic application. The design of airless bottles prevents air and contaminants from entering the product, helping to maintain its freshness and efficacy. To properly use an airless bottle, follow these steps:
Prime the Pump: When using an airless bottle for the first time or after refilling, it’s essential to prime the pump. To do this, remove the cap and gently press down on the pump several times until the product is dispensed. This process helps to activate the airless system and allows the product to move up to the dispenser.
Dispense the Product: Once the pump is primed, press down on the pump to dispense the desired amount of product. It’s important to note that airless bottles are designed to dispense a precise amount of product with each pump, so a little pressure is usually sufficient to release the desired quantity.
Store Properly: To maintain the efficacy of the product, store the airless bottle away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity. Proper storage helps to protect the ingredients from degradation and ensures the longevity of the product.
Clean the Dispenser: Regularly wipe the nozzle and surrounding area of the dispenser with a clean cloth to remove any residue and maintain a hygienic application. This step helps to prevent product buildup and ensures that the dispenser remains clean and functional.
Refill Appropriately: When refilling the airless bottle, it’s important to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use caution to avoid overfilling. Overfilling the bottle can disrupt the airless system and compromise its functionality, so it’s essential to refill the bottle in accordance with the recommended guidelines.
Protect the Pump: To avoid accidental dispensing during travel or storage, consider using the cap or cover provided with the airless bottle to protect the pump and prevent unintended product release. This step helps to preserve the contents of the bottle and prevents waste.
Check for Airless Functionality: Periodically check the functionality of the airless system to ensure that the pump is dispensing the product as intended. If there are any issues with the dispensing mechanism, such as a lack of product flow or irregular pumping, contact the manufacturer for assistance or replacement.
By following these steps, users can effectively utilize airless bottles to preserve the quality and efficacy of their skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products while also ensuring a convenient and hygienic application process. Incorporating proper usage and maintenance practices helps to maximize the benefits of airless packaging and prolong the shelf life of the contained products.
