The airless bottle is a premium packaging bottle consisting of a cap, a press head, a cylindrical or oval container body, a base and a piston placed at the bottom inside the bottle. It has been introduced in line with the latest trends in skin care products and is effective in protecting the freshness and quality of the product. However, due to the complex structure of the airless bottle and the high cost, the use of airless bottle packaging is limited to a few categories of products and cannot be fully spread in the market to meet the needs of different grades of skin care packaging.
1. Design principle
The design principle of the airless bottle is to use the contraction force of the spring and not allow air to enter the bottle, resulting in a vacuum state. Vacuum packaging is the use of the principle of separating the inner cavity, squeezing the contents out and using atmospheric pressure to push the piston at the bottom of the bottle forward. When the inner diaphragm moves upwards to the inside of the bottle, a pressure is formed and the contents exist in a vacuum state close to 100%, but as the spring force and atmospheric pressure cannot give enough force, the piston cannot fit too tightly with the bottle wall, otherwise the piston will not be able to rise and advance due to excessive resistance; on the contrary, if the piston is to move forward easily, it is easy to have material leakage, therefore the vacuum bottle has very high requirements for the production process. Therefore, the airless bottle requires high professionalism in the production process.
2. Product characteristics
Once the discharge hole and the specific vacuum pressure have been set, the dosage is precise and quantitative each time, regardless of the shape of the matching press head. As a result, the dosage can be adjusted by changing a component, from a few microlitres to a few millilitres, depending on the needs of the product.
Vacuum-packed products provide a safe packaging void, avoiding contact with air and reducing the potential for change and oxidation, especially in the case of delicate natural ingredients that need to be protected, and where the call to avoid the addition of preservatives makes vacuum packaging even more important in extending the shelf life of products.
1. Product classification
By structure: ordinary vacuum bottles, rotary airless bottles, conjoined airless bottles, double tube airless bottles
By shape: cylindrical, square, cylindrical is the most common
The airless bottle is usually cylindrical, with specifications of 15ml-50ml, individually 100ml, with a small overall capacity.
2.Product structure
Outer cap, button, fixing ring, pump head, bottle body, bottom tray.
The pump head is the main accessory of the vacuum bottle. Generally they include: cap, nozzle, connecting rod, gasket, piston, spring, valve, pump body, suction tube, valve ball (with steel ball, glass ball), etc.
Topfeel has a professional team and production line, and has been working for many years in the field of airless bottle research and development, and has developed many styles of airless bottles, including the development of interchangeable airless bottle containers, which not only prevent the problem of packaging waste, but also effectively extend the use of cosmetics.
